Joe & Patti Copus and Chris & Connie O'Donnell, created Craft Grill as a great little neighborhood hang-out for you and your family & friends, located right in the heart of Spring, Klein, Tomball and The Woodlands, Texas. And we also pull in lots of friends from Conroe, Cypress, Magnolia, Montgomery, Humble, Katy and even Houston!

The everything-made-from-scratch menu focuses on Southern regional cuisine comfort food favorites, such as Shrimp & Grits, Gumbo, Chicken ‘n Waffles, Fried Shrimp & Catfish with Jalapeno Hushpuppies, and about a hundred other great dishes. Our hamburgers are ground fresh in-house everyday using Certified Angus Beef Chuck, Brisket and Rib-Eye. Lots of great steak, fish and chicken dishes, and we also have a Gluten-Free Menu. In our Tap Room, you'll find a beautiful u-shaped all-wooden bar specially created by local craftsmen to encourage friendly conversation. The wall of beer taps features Texas craft beer favorites, and we also have an extensive wine list, as well as tasty hand-crafted cocktails and flights.
We created Craft Grill with the idea of encouraging you to come relax and enjoy time with friends and family, so we intentionally included some features to make that easier, such as doubling up on the ceiling insulation to dampen the noise level, placing purse hooks under the bar top so ladies can hang their purses there, and not on the back on the barstools, charging outlets with USB plugs for your cellphones at the bar, comfortable seating throughout the restaurant and bar, and amber lighting, all in a comfortable atmosphere.

Craft Grill's dog-friendly outdoor patio features big screen tv's and free wi-fi, just like the restaurant & bar inside, so you won't miss a minute of action when your favorite team is playing. And your canine best friend always receives a complimentary house-made dog-bone shaped biscuit and a bowl of fresh water, so they can be just as comfortable & happy as you.
